The idea for the Converge event emerged from a resource LEAD-ECI offers entitled Converging Point. Since LEAD-ECI's founding in 2007, Converging Point has been an online resource for nonprofit organizations - free of charge - to post available board, committee member, and volunteer opportunities in their organization into an online database. Individuals can then view these opportunities and follow up on those that interest them.
Like a job posting board for volunteer opportunties, Converging Point has brought together numerous LEAD-ECI program graduates and other individuals who want to serve their communities with opportunities to do just that.
If you would like to post board, committee member, or volunteer opportunities your organization is offering, feel free to do so! Click the buttons below to post or view current opportunities.
