Since LEAD-ECI's founding in 2007, Converging Point has been an online resource for nonprofit organizations - free of charge - to post available board, committee member, and volunteer opportunities in their organization into an online database. Individuals can then view these opportunities and follow up on those that interest them.Like a job posting board for volunteer opportunties, Converging Point has brought together numerous LEAD-ECI program graduates and other individuals who want to serve their communities with opportunities to do just that.
